What: University Park Lions Art, Craft, and Vendor Fair
When: June 11, 2022 10am-3pm
Where: Good Shepherd Church (5122 W. Esplanade Ave Metairie, LA 70006)
Who will be selling things: Crafters, Jewelers, Artists, furniture creators, stored homemade food chefs, other various craft vendors
How: If you, or someone you know, may be interested in selling crafts at our event, we have tables and booths available for rental.

Why: To help fund our community service projects that we do throughout the year along with our Lions state projects, the Louisiana Lions Eye Foundation and the Louisiana Lions Camp.
Some of our club’s service projects include:
- CubSight screenings (Lions members screen thousands of children’s eyes in schools across Louisiana to help identify children with eye ailments that require corrective action).
- Annual sponsorships of families during Christmas – giving them a food basket and presents to help provide their children with a Christmas, where one may not be afforded.
- Supporting projects in our public schools, assisting children get classroom equipment and opportunities to learn with field trips, gifts of trees and school supplies and more.
- We sponsor many patients at our Eye Foundation so they can get eye care, children attending our Lions Children’s Camp, and assisting people with getting various medical equipment.
We hope to see everyone out there!
